Reglementation en Centre de Loisirs

De nombreuses règles sont à respecter dans le domaine de l'animation. Tout comme dans tous les autres domaines.

Sur cette page, je vais vous présenter les normes d'encadrement, et je vais aussi intégrer les démarches à faire lorsque on découvre des maltraitances sur les enfants ou autre.

Encadrement

Un stagiaire a le droit d'encadrer seul un groupe d'enfants. C'est justement comme ça qu'il va apprendre.

Les Transports

Baignade :

Enfants de moins de 6 ans : 1 animateur pour 5 enfants DANS l'eau. Pour un maximum de 20 enfants.

Enfants de plus de 6 ans : 1 animateur pour 8 enfants DANS l'eau. Pour un maximum de 40 enfants.

Enfants de moins de 12 ans : Un SB est obligatoire. Zone de bain matérialisée par des bouées, et un filin.

Enfants de plus de 12 ans : Zone de bain balisée.

Enfants de moins de 14 ans : Le BAFA seul est obligatoire.

Voile :

Un animateur diplômé BAFA qualification voile doit être présent.

1 animateur pour 10 enfants. (dériveurs légers ou planche à voile).

L'activité doit se dérouler en plein jour, à moins de 2 miles d'une habitation ou abri, dans une zone de navigation bien délimitée.

Equitation :

Doit se dérouler dans un lieu clos. Activités de découverte. Pas de courses, ou de concours. 1 animateur pour 8 quelque soit l'âge, animateurs possédant le BAFA complèt doivent être présents.

Camping :

Animateurs possédant le BAFA complèt doivent être présents. Pour les enfants de moins de 5 ans : 1 nuit et 2 jours maximum. Pour les enfants de moins de 6 ans 3 jours 2 nuits maximum.

Une structure en dur, type gymnase, doit être présente en cas d'orage.

Canoë-cayak :

Un animateur possédant le BAFA qualification conoë-cayak doit être présent.

Activités sur rivières classées niveau I et II, ou sur un plan d'eau. Site sans danger particulier et reconu.

16 enfants maximum sur l'eau.

10 embarquations maximum.

Raquettes :

Animateurs possédant le BAFA complèt doivent être présents.

1 animateur pour 12 enfants.

Activité à proximité du centre.

Ski :

Animateurs possédants le BAFA complet doivent être présents.

1 animateur pour 12 enfants.

Pistes balisées. Jamais de Hors-Piste.

Moyenne montagne :

Animateurs possédants le BAFA complet doivent être présents.

Les sentiers doivent être faciles et balisés, ne doivent pas nécéssiter de materiel spécifique. Accès facile à un point de seccours.

Photos d'enfants :

S'assurer que les parents n'ont pas émis d'interdiction à l'inscription. (l'organisateur des inscriptios odit avoir prévu un formulaire à remplir par les parents).

Affichages obligatoires :

Menus.

Numéros d'urgence.

Sorties en Mer :

Prévenir le Centre opérationnel de Surveillance et de Sauvetage de la ville concèrnée.

je crains que ce ne soit pas à jour en terme de réglementation et je suis directeur de stage bafd pour ufcv spécialisé en réglementation mais l'initiative est bonne
